It would be great to see an offline feature for the mobile app to capture signatures and edit invoices in the field. These would then be synced upon returning to the office or next available wifi connection.
This would limit the need to use data, and relying on open wifi networks. Not all businesses want to (or can afford to) send out team members with data enabled devices.

Was inside a customers house the other day and had a poor data signal. Everything was extremely slow, preview screen would not load at all. It's a bit awkward when you are with a customer just waiting a minute or two for screens to load. Offline mode would have been great then I would email once I had better signal or back at office with wifi.
After 2 months of using this app and constant problems with saving signatures on invoices due to weak service/data connection we would have to agree with David; as we move forward with our next four months of a fully paid trail, this will be a deciding factor in whether we continue to use the app or not. The cost of data, lost or missed signatures due to impossibility to sync to the cloud, and the inconvenience/unprofessional circumstance this creates for our customers is not acceptable. Moving forward we feel that an offline mode is a top priority with new features to come. It would also be great to have some feedback from developers on this issue.
I haven't been here too long but would agree that input from developers would be nice, I thought that is what this forum is about. Kind of Beta testing/suggestions. How often are updates made?
Our company has been using the app (14 licenses so far...) for about 18 months. The app has enhanced our overall field productivity and invoice accuracy. We're very pleased with overall performance. However, app responsiveness in a week signal area continues to be a burden. I logged this issue when we first became licensed users. Like the other comments, I continue to hope for an "offline" capability.
How come there is no reply to feedback here? We need things too like being able to flag incomplete invoices etc but no word from developer. If I knew what was in progress or not I could plan better. Offline needs are probably quite a upgrade but everyone could use that from time to time if not most of the time. Developers?????? comments would be nice about now...............

It is a shame .... it is my understanding the there are still no plans nor are there any future plans to implement an offline mode. It's a mobile app for mobile businesses and has all of the features I am looking for. Sadly however I just can't use it :-( there are just too many black spots and areas that simply don't have mobile coverage. Having to resort back to a triplicate book every 3rd job totally defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place. PLEASE let me know if this feature becomes available as i will jump on board in a heart beat.
Most of my customers are countryside restaurants and pubs. I rarely get data reception to capture a signature. Offline signature capture would be great!
