Would like the option to be able to email the reports to managers when I pull them. Statements go out to my dealerships weekly and I always have to go in, print, scan and email. Only other option is to "Export", then format so it looks halfway decent, save to my desktop, then email out as an attachment. Not convenient at all.

We also need to send out statements and support this feature. Thus far we are using the following hack to use on a Mac (unsure of functionality on a PC):
Customer >> Select desired customer >> View Statement >> Print >> Instead of printing select 'Preview' >> Save as PDF in 'Preview' mode >> Result is similar to an invoice
Not convenient, but works for now.

We use these steps to set up a pdf to print, as well. (Customer >> Select desired customer >> View Statement >> Print >> Instead of printing select 'Preview' >> Save as PDF in 'Preview' mode >> Result is similar to an invoice). However, today the pdf preview is not working. We tried restarting the phone and that did not help. We like doing it this way because you don't have to save it in a folder, then retrieve it to print. Do you have any ideas why it stopped working as a preview?

I am not sure about doing these steps from a phone, as we only do them from our laptop. I just tried this process with one of our customers and it seemed to be working fine. If you are doing this from a phone, and save to PDF is not working, and alternative may be to take a screen shot and convert the image file to a pdf using a file converting app. Not sure if this helps, but best of luck. We have actually transitioned to using an e-commerce platform at our business and will no longer be using ASAP in the near future.
