how can I change my email template to read something different than your std verbage eg i want to change it to "You have received a XYZ Pay Voucher" vs "You have received Invoice"

RECiPHER Group We too require the ability to modify the Email Template. It is concerning that issues that are raised are not responded too (let alone actually implemented) in as much time as 12+ Months!

Mike Denenve I have inquired about this many times. They keep saying its around the corner (couple months) that was about a year ago. I suspect this more of a hobby for the developer than a business. The app is good for what it does, but I'm not holding my breath for this anytime soon. -

InvoiceASAP Tech Team There is currently no way to change your email template. However, we recognize that you and others would like to see this feature and do indeed plan to add it in the future as we continue to add new functionality based on customer demand.

Not to the subject, directly, but you can create a signature block in your email client and apply it at the top of the outgoing email from InvoiceASAP, then you only need delete the content that InvoiceASAP puts in. Be careful to not delete the link to your invoice. This is easy on your PC, but is a bit clunky on your phone or tablet.
I'm a user that is tablet/smartphone based as my primary platform, my PC is secondary. The usage model should be developed around the keyboard limitations of touch-screen devices, not around the abilities of a full keyboard and mouse. The usage model should assume that invoicing takes place in the field, and is done on a smartphone or tablet -- android or Apple.

Tom I also wish we had the ability to change the email template. It appears that numerous people have requested it to be done. Instead you have added other features like the new aging invoices and customer notes. Yes they are nice but I think the email template would better a lot more of us users.

Garcia Patios & Landscaping, Inc. This may have already been answered but if not, go to SETTINGS, then DOCUMENT SETTINGS. There you can change it OR before you hit SEND to send the invoice or estimate you can click EDIT MESSAGE and change it to read whatever you like.
