I have made estimates and invoices in the past were I couldn't delete the item from the list... So then I have to keep the item I saved in the estimate or list and tell the customer not to worry about it.... Is there a reason why the app will not let me remove an item from the estimate or the invoice?

  Hi Mike,

  On the Edit Estimate or Edit Invoice page, there is a trash can next to each item.

  If you tap on the trash can, that will remove the item from the estimate or invoice.

  Make sure you tap Save after that, so that these changes are saved.

   

  If you do not see the trash can, please open a support ticket at https://invoiceasap.zendesk.com, and attach a screen shot of what you do see.
