HOW ABOUT SOME FEEDBACK FROM DEVELOPERS?!

Would be nice if developers monitored this forum and commented on posts. 

I see you are active on Google Play and respond to comments there from potential customers & trolls BUT you can't take the time to interact with your paying customers?

I have seen posts in this forum completely ignored...unless you count a reply after nearly TWO YEARS (see: "change email template").

We are paying customers and we are offering feedback on how to improve the product but we get no love...frustrating!

You guys are pretty good at getting back to us on service requests so is it too much to ask for you to comment on the forum you created for your customers?

Some of the suggestions made here seem to be rather simple tweaks that would make customers happy yet we have no idea if we have been heard or when we can expect implementation.  (such as my suggestion to format the phone # field so that hyphens are automatically entered so that we do not have to toggle back and forth between numbers & symbols screens on our Android devices).

I'm a big fan of the product just wish we knew we were being heard here in the forum you created for us. It would go a long way in bolstering your customer service.

I'll leave a comment on the Play store to suggest you check these forums.
