Jb I would like to have a spot were when people do not pay on time a place were you can put details that a percentage will be added for every month of late payment

You're not the only one with this request!
The first step is to send the invoices from our platform. When this is done, you'll be able to see when your invoices were sent, when they were received by your customer, and whether or not your customer saw the invoice.
This should be available by the end of January 2016.
Next, we'll be adding notifications for your customers -- reminders before the due date that the payment is due, as well as late notifications and automatic late fees assessed when the invoice is not paid by your due date.
These changes should be available sometime in the 2nd Quarter, 2016.

I was way off in when we would start getting these changes in place.
Sending invoices from our platform is being released within the next 2-3 weeks.
We are still testing the changes.Once that is done, then we will start working on sending notifications to your customers.

Are reminders automatically sent out when payments are due/past due?
