I'm new here & have been playing with free version a couple days and have just begun my free trial. I must say I really like what I see and I think this will work out well for me. I also like that support responds quickly to my questions.
Here are a couple minor tweaks I would suggest:
-format phone numbers with dashes. its a PITA on my phone bc I have to toggle between #'s and symbols to add the dashes. It doesn't add the dashes when I import from contacts either.
-should be a way to designate primary phone #. When phone#'s were imported from contacts the office # is displayed by default & I usually call a contractors mobile phone #l so being able to choose a primary # to display would be nice...or display multiple #'s so I could choose which one I need.
-I would like to be able to add my website to my company information. The email address, website and even phone # could be clickable links since people may be viewing on their phone.
-entering zip code should bring up city & state info
-an even cooler feature would be to enable GPS and 5 or 10 of the nearest addresses pop up on a drop down menu so you wouldn't have to type in any address info at all (not sure if this is possible but it sounds cool). I get pretty hot/sweaty/dirty when I work so drop down menu's are much better than having to type in data.
I've read through the forum and it looks as if a lot of the suggestions have been implemented already and I thought I read somewhere there are additional updates coming soon. Look forward to using the software.
