Invoice Display and Output

The webpage layout is not that big of an issue, but when printing things go horribly wrong.

Can we have the invoice customized so that we can remove the Billing Address? 
Can we have the invoice customized so that we can remove the Shipping Address? 
Can we have the invoice customized so that we can reduce the size of space reserved for logo?

Or else, can we get the generated to a pdf as well, so that it prints uniformly between invoices?

  Can we have the invoice follow the numbering from QB?

  I use an envelope with window and the size of the logo throws the whole thing off.  I would rather have no logo and be able to use my envelopes but the InvoiceASAP logo shows up if I don't upload something and that is not acceptable either.  Help me out here, I want to use the app.
