QBD: Deleting the Propelware Folder

Sometimes, you need to delete the Propelware folder for the sync to run again.  

This article shows how to do that.

 

1. Close the InvoiceASAP Sync Manager.  

 

2. Open the Windows Explorer.

3. Select the C: Drive

4. Search "propelware" (no quotes).

5. You will get multiple files, you are interested only in the folders.  You may have 1 or 2 folders.

6.  Right-click and select the Delete option to delete the first folder.

7. Follow the same steps to delete the 2nd folder.

8. Open the Sync Manager.

9. You should only see the Setup button.  Click on Setup.

11.  Enter your InvoiceASAP username & password to connect.

12. Set your Auto Sync preferences and click Done.

13. The sync starts running.

14. If the sync is successful, you'll see a smiley face.
