STEP 2: Click on QuickBooks Sync on the left navigation.
STEP 3: Click on Settings.
STEP 4: Click on the drop own next to Income Account.
STEP 5: The drop down displays the Income Accounts from your QuickBooks Online account. Select the income account that is most appropriate for your business. The Income Account is the default income account assigned to each item in your QuickBooks ONLY WHEN the sync is creating a new item in your QuickBooks. If you want your items to be assigned to different Income accounts, then select Uncategorized Income here. In this example, I'm selecting Sales of Product Income.
STEP 6: Click Save.
STEP 7: Your changes have been saved. Your next sync will no longer have this error message.
