Mobile App: How to Use Instant Deposit

Instant deposit allows you to deposit funds between $100 and $20,000 from credit card and ACH payments into your bank account, instantly.  
This feature is available from the Web Dashboard on your computer, or on your mobile app.  Please note that Instant Deposit can only be used once per day, and it incurs an additional fee of 1%.

These instructions show how to use Instant Deposit on your mobile app.

1.  When Instant Deposit is enabled on your account, and you haven't taken any credit card for the day, you will see the Instant Deposit Minimum Not Met at the bottom of the screen.

 

2.  When you take a credit card or ACH payment, the button turns green, and the amount available for deposit displays.  Please note that it can take 2-3 minutes after the payment is successful for it to be available for instant deposit.

Tap on the amount to initiate Instant Deposit.  Please note that currently, instant deposit is only available once per day, but we are working to increase this.

 

3.  Enter the amount you want deposited instantly.

 

4.  Entering a deposit amount calculates and displays the 1% fee, as well as the total amount that will be sent to your bank account.  Tap Next.

 

5.  This screen confirms the amount you entered, the fee, and the total bank deposit amount.  If this is correct, tap Confirm.

 

6.  Your funds are on their way to your bank!  You should see them in your bank within the next 5 minutes.  Tap OK.

 

7.  You are returned to the app's main menu.  Please note that the Instant Deposit option no longer displays.  It will show the next time instant deposit is available.
