Mobile App: How to Pay Multiple Invoices from your Phone

You can take a single payment on the InvoiceASAP app.

But if you want to take multiple payments with a card on file, then this is done on the Web Dashboard on your computer..

However, not everyone has a computer, and our Web Dashboard is not very phone-friendly.

This article shows how you can easily pay multiple invoices by logging into our Web Dashboard on your phone.

 

1.  Login to InvoiceASAP on your phone at https://manage.invoiceasap.com

 

2.  Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner.

 

3.  Select Customers from the left navigation.

 

4.  Search for your customer.

 

5.  Select the customer.

 

6.  Tap on Pay Invoices button.

 

7.  Credit Card is selected as the default payment method.  Scroll to the right, and you will see the card on file info.

 

8.  You can see that the Card on File is selected as the default payment method.  Scroll back to the left to take payment.

 

9.  Check next to each invoice you want to pay.  Notice that the payment amount & the service fee are automatically calculated.  Once you have selected the invoices you want to pay, scroll to the right to tap the Pay button.

10.  Tap the Pay button to pay the selected invoices.

 

11.  Payment was successfully applied!  Scroll to the right to close the window.

 

12.  Close the window.
