Mobile App: I Forgot My Password

If you're forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

 

STEP 1:  Tap on Forgot Password.

STEP 2:  Enter your email address and tap Reset Password.

STEP 3:  A message tells you that the email to reset your password has been sent.  Check your email.

STEP 4:  Tap on the Reset Password link in the email.

STEP 5:  Enter the new password, confirm it, and tap Change.

STEP 6:  You are automatically logged into the InvoiceASAP Web Dashboard.  
Close this window.

STEP 7:  Go back to the app and log in.
