Mobile App: I Forgot My Password

If you're forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it.
If the screens on your mobile device don't look like this, it means you have an old version of the app.  
Please go to the app store and update your version of InvoiceASAP.

 

 

STEP 1:  Tap on Login.

STEP 2:  Tap on Forgot Password.

STEP 3:  Enter your email address and tap Reset Password.

STEP 4:  A message tells you that the email to reset your password has been sent.  Check your email.

STEP 5:  Tap on the Reset Password link in the email.

STEP 6:  Enter the new password, confirm it, and tap Change.

STEP 7:  You are automatically logged into the InvoiceASAP Web Dashboard.  
Close this window.

STEP 8:  Go back to the app and tap on the Login button.

STEP 9:  Enter your email & password and tap Login.
