This message comes from QuickBooks Online and will most often resolve itself.If you are still getting this message after an hour, please disconnect from QuickBooks Online and reconnect.STEP 1: Click on the Back button. STEP 2: Click on Disconnect. STEP 3: Confirm that you want to disconnect InvoiceASAP from QuickBooks Online. STEP 4: Click on QuickBooks Sync on the left navigation. STEP 5: Select the Connect to QuickBooks button. STEP 6: You will be prompted to login to your QuickBooks Online account, if you are not already logged in.
