Web Dashboard: Payment Not Refundable During ACH Protection Period

PROBLEM:  You are trying to refund a payment, and you get this error message:
Payment not refundable during ACH protection period, until yyyy-mm-dd.



SOLUTION:  When you take a payment with eCheck, there is a protection period to ensure that the payment is successful.  You may not issue a refund until the funds have successfully been made from your customer's bank account to your bank account.  

The error message indicates the date on which the protection period ends.  You can then issue a refund on or after the date stated in the message.
