Document Retrieval on Admin Mobile device

Admins on an InvoiceASAP account will have the ability to set how far back the InvoiceASAP app pulls documents from our cloud. Companies that create a large number of invoices may want to do this to increase the speed the app loads or refreshes, or to limit what documents their users can see from their app.

To do this, follow the instructions below:

1. From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard.




2. Click Settings. 




3. Click on Document Settings. 




4. Scroll down till you see Document Retrieval, click on the drop-down menu to select the time frame, then click Save.
