Mobile App: Send an Invoice from the Mobile App

1.  Tap Invoice List.

2.  Select the invoice.

3.  Tap Send.

4.  You can edit the default message, add CC's to the email, or change who you want to send it to.  When you are ready to send the invoice, tap Send Invoice.

5.  The invoice has been sent to your customer.

6.  On the invoice list, you can see your sent status.  The status will read Sent, Opened, Viewed, or Paid.

Sent means that the document was sent.

Opened means the e-mail was opened.

Viewed means that the link in the e-mail was clicked on to view the invoice in the web browser.

Paid means that the invoice has been paid.
