Web Dashboard: Edit QuickBooks Online Default Settings

1. From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard.

 

2. Click QuickBooks Sync.

3. Click Settings.

4. Edit QuickBooks Online Sync Settings and press Save. 
 - The Payment Account is where payments in InvoiceASAP sync to.  We recommend using Undeposited Funds.
 - The Income Account is the GL account that new items created from the sync are assigned to.
