Web Dashboard: View Sync Log

1.  Select QuickBooks Sync from the left navigation

2.  Select Sync Log

3.  The top section shows all of your syncs.  You can add search criteria, change the date range, see the details of the sync, and see the last successful sync date.

 

Click on a date to see the details.

4.  When you click on a sync date, the details show at the bottom of the screen.  Black is what the sync did, green is FYI, and red are sync errors.  Use the scroll bar on the right to scroll down through the sync details.

5.  Errors are in red.  We try to make the errors user-friendly, but sometimes, QB gives us a "tech-speak" error.  In those cases, reach out to us, and we can tell you what the error means.

6.  To search for a specific invoice, customer or item, put the value in the Search Box and click on the Search icon.

7.  Click on Search Results to see only the results for your search.
