Sync Error: There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Sales Rep

Error Message:

There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Sales Rep "XX"

 

Cause:

You have selected Sync Sales Reps in InvoiceASAP, but you do not have a corresponding Sales Rep in your QuickBooks.

 

Resolution:

InvoiceASAP creates sales rep initials by taking the 1st letter of the first name and the 1st letter of the last name.

In QuickBooks, you need to create a Sales Rep with the same initials.

To do this:

 - Open QuickBooks

 - Select Lists > Customer & Vendor Profile Lists > Sales Rep List

 - Add a new Sales Rep with the initials that match the initials of the person in InvoiceASAP
