How to Cancel your InvoiceASAP Subscription in iTunes and Google Play

If you signed up to a paid plan via the InvoiceASAP mobile app, you can cancel your subscription through Google Play or in the Apple App Store.

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.

 

This article applies to people who have:

  • Made an in-app purchase: You have upgraded to a paid InvoiceASAP plan within the InvoiceASAP mobile app

This article does not apply to people who have:

  • Signed up or upgraded via the InvoiceASAP website (www.invoiceasap.com)

  • Signed up or upgraded to a paid plan over the phone

 Apple devices: Cancel subscription from your iPhone or iPad Settings

Click on the link to cancel your subscription through the Settings on your iPhone or iPad:

 Apple devices: Cancel subscription using InvoiceASAP on your iPhone or iPad

1. Open the InvoiceASAP app on your iPad or iPhone and login.

2. From the home screen tap Manage app > Subscription.

3. On the following screen, you will see which subscription plan you’re currently signed up to. Press ‘tap here’ to be directed to your subscriptions in iTunes.

4. You will be directed to the iTunes Store to manage your subscription settings. Select Open when prompted to open the page in the iTunes Store.

5. Here you will see a list of all your subscriptions. Find your InvoiceASAP subscription in this list and tap on it to see your subscription details.

If you don't see an InvoiceASAP subscription here and are still being charged, contact us directly to cancel your subscription.

6. To cancel your subscription, turn off Auto-Renewal.

7. When you turn off Auto-Renewal, your subscription will cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue using InvoiceASAP until the end date displayed on this screen.

Android devices: Cancel your subscription using your mobile device

1. Open the InvoiceASAP app on your iPad or iPhone and login.

2. From the home screen tap Manage app > Subscription.

3. On the following screen, you will see which subscription plan you’re currently signed up to. Tap the link on this screen to be directed to your subscription in Google Play.

4. You’ll then be directed to Google Play where you have the option of canceling your subscription. Tap on Cancel.

5. After you have canceled, your subscription will be marked as canceled in Google Play. Your subscription will cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue using InvoiceASAP until the end date displayed on this screen.
