How to Delete Payment on the Manage Account Website

This article shows how to delete a payment.
This article applies, regardless of whether you have taken the payment as cash, check, credit card, or bank draft.
If you took the payment through GlobalOnePay, deleting a payment also issues a refund to your customer.
For any other payment method, this only removes the payment in InvoiceASAP.

 

Log into the Manage Account Website at http://invoiceasap.com > Log In

Click on Invoices on the left navigation.

Click on the invoice number of the invoice that has the payment you want to delete.

Click Payments.

Click the "x" on the payment you want to delete.

Confirm.

The payment is gone.  
If this payment was taken through GlobalOnePay, then a refund is also issued.
