Mobile App: Failed to Save Data

PROBLEM:  You are trying to add a new customer, and you are getting the error message, "Failed to Save Data."




RESOLUTION:  This error occurs when you already have a customer with the name of the customer you are trying to create.

Rather than create a new customer, select Pick Customer. 

Here is the customer in the Customer List.




If you do not see the customer in the customer list, then please select Refresh from Cloud on your Android.

This will pull the latest data from the cloud onto your device.

Then the customer will be in your customer list.
