1. From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard.
2. Click on Customers.
3. Click on the Customer name.
4. Click on the '+' sign to add a customer note.

Is there a way to edit notes after they are saved?
No, you cannot edit a note, only create and delete.
This was by design to ensure the integrity of the note, that it wasn't modified at a later date by someone.
Only Company Admins have the ability to delete a note.
If you have team members on your account, they cannot delete a note.
I have just recently jumped ship from Invoice2Go to your program, after lots of requests going unheeded by their support services. Great to see that you guys appear to be listening to your customers and providing a much wider ability for your customers to interact with the software, especially for me to be able to access my customer info to then create mail merge bailouts to my customers! Brilliant!!
