This was by design to ensure the integrity of the note, that it wasn't modified at a later date by someone. Only Company Admins have the ability to delete a note. Great to see that you guys appear to be listening to your customers and providing a much wider ability for your customers to interact with the software, especially for me to be able to access my customer info to then create mail merge bailouts to my customers!
