Manage Account Website
A critical part of the InvoiceASAP system is the Manage Account Website. This is a way you can access all the data you create with the InvoiceASAP mobile app, but from your computer! The Manage Account Website is also necessary for team management, changing your company settings, and syncing with accounting software. You can even create and edit invoices and estimates here; any changes are reflected here, on your mobile devices, and, if you have a Biz plan, in your linked accounting software.
How do I access the Manage Account Website?
1. From your computer, open your Internet browser and visit http://www.invoiceasap.com/. In the upper-right corner, click Login.
2. Using the same email and password that you use for the InvoiceASAP mobile app, log in to Manage Account Website by typing in your account info and pressing LOGIN.
3. That's it! From the Manage Account Website, you can generate and print special sales reports and upload a logo. The site is also where you manage all of your company settings, including payment methods and your team members. In addition, the Manage Account Website lets you create, edit, and print customers, products, invoices, and estimates, just like the app.
Syncing is also triggered from here. On the sidebar on the left, find the Sync button for your accounting software. This page allows you to start syncing manually. A frequently asked question about the Manage Account Website is whether what you do here transfers back to the app.
The answer is yes! Since your InvoiceASAP data is saved to the cloud, any changes you make here are reflected in the mobile app, and vice-versa.
What is cloud storage?
A common misconception about the mobile app is that your data is stored only on your mobile device. While any invoices/products/etc. that you create in the app are indeed saved on your device, we take the extra step to back up and sync your data to secure servers using your Internet connection. Using this common storage, any additional devices you use to log into InvoiceASAP -whether they are phones, tablets, or your computers- have the most up-to-date information and stay consistent across your account!
The way this works is simple: whenever you make a change in either the mobile app or the Manage Account website, the data is securely copied to the InvoiceASAP Cloud. It then notifies any other devices attached to your account of the changes and updates the data accordingly.
Meanwhile, accounting software like Quickbooks Online and Xero interface directly with the data in the InvoiceASAP Cloud. Any changes you make in the InvoiceASAP mobile app or website also are sent through the cloud and into your accounting software.
