STEP 1. From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard.
STEP 2. Click on Settings.
STEP 3. Click on Subscription.
STEP 4. Enter your billing information and click the Update Billing Information button.
STEP 5: If your subscription was set back to a free subscription, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription. Click on Upgrade Account for More Features!
STEP 6: If you are re-subscribing, then select the plan you want.
STEP 7: Once you have re-activated your subscription, then tap Refresh on the mobile app to get this info from our cloud.
