Web Dashboard & App: How do I Add/Change the Billing/Shipping Address for customer?

InvoiceASAP has both billing and shipping addresses.  You can add a shipping address that is different from the billing address or update an existing address, either in the website or app.

 

1. From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard

2. Click on Customers on the left navigation.

3. Click on the customer name you want to edit.

4. Click the Edit Pencil Icon.

5. Make your changes and press the Save button.

App

1. From the Main Menu, tap Customers.

2. Select the customer you want to update.

3. At the right top of the screen, tap Edit.

4. Scroll down, then you will see sections for a Billing Address and for a Shipping Address directly below the customer's contact info.

5. Make your changes and press the Save button at the top of the page.

6. Click refresh on the app
