Web Dashboard: I Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve it.

 

From Web Dashboard

STEP 1:  From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard.

  

STEP 2:  Input the e-mail address for your account and press "Reset" password.

 

STEP 3:  A link will be emailed to you at the email address you entered that will allow you to change your password.  

 

STEP 4:  Check your email.  Then click on the link in the email to reset your password.

 

STEP 5:  Enter your new password and confirm it.

 

STEP 6:  Click the Change button.

 

STEP 7:  Your password is reset and you are automatically logged in.
