How Do I Create an Invoice?

It's very simple to create an Invoice

You can create an invoice in two places:

  

1. Tap on the New Invoice button at the top of the main menu.

From the Manage Account Website on your computer: 

1. Click on the 'New Invoice' button at the top of the Home page.

 

2. Start typing in the Customer name or select from the drop-down menu.

3. Start typing in the Job/Location name or pick from the drop-down menu.

4. To change the date, select from the drop-down menu.

5. To change the Terms, select from the drop down-menu.

6. Add comment.

7. Start typing in the Item name or select from the drop-down menu.

8. Select your second item for this invoice.

 9. Click 'Save'.
