3. If you want to change the customer, then backspace over the current customer's name and select the customer you want from the drop down list. If you want to create a new customer, simply type the new customer's name in the Customer box.
4. If you use jobs/locations, you can select the job/location for this customer from the drop down. If you need to create a new job/location, then simply type the new job/location name into the Job/Location box.
5. You can edit the Invoice Number, Date, Terms, or add a class here.
6. Edit your item description, or add a new item to an invoice.
7. For this example, I'm changing the price of Labor from $100 to $115, and I'm changing the total price for the discount I want to give from $350 to $402.50.
8. If you need to, change the tax rate from the drop down.
9. Update the comments, if applicable.
10. After you have made all your changes, click on the Save button.
11. The saved invoice displays. You can see the invoice has been updated. If you want, click on one of the options on the Action Bar, or click on the "X" to close the window.
12. Back on the invoice list, you can see that the invoice has been updated.
