Mobile App: In-app Subscription Issue: Seeing a Upgrade Pop-up message
Are you paying for an InvoiceASAP subscription on iTunes or Google Play and seeing this pop-up message?
This message pops up if you have an in-app iTunes or Google Play subscription, but the app is not recognizing that your subscription is active.
Below are the four things to try if you are seeing this message:
1. You are not logged into your iTunes or Google Play app store account. We verify your subscription with the app store when you are using InvoiceASAP. If you are not logged inm, we cannot verify your subscription, and your account is set back to a free account.
2. Your credit card on your iTunes or Google Play account was declined. You will need to then login to your iTunes or Google Play store and update your billing information. Here's how:
3. You have logged into someone else's iPhone/iPad or Android that has a different app store login. In this case, you need to log out of InvoiceASAP and log back in again on your phone or tablet. That should get your reconnected to your subscription.
When your subscription is through the app stores, only you can use InvoiceASAP. If you need to add another user to your InvoiceASAP account, please submit a support ticket.
4. If steps 2 and 3 do not resolve the issue, then please delete InvoiceASAP from your phone/tablet.
Don't worry! Your info is saved in our cloud, so you won't lose anything!
Go to the app store and download InvoiceASAP again. When you log back into InvoiceASAP, that should to your paid subscription.
