How to Refund your Customer - GlobalOnePay

 

 NOTICE: Refund can take 3-5 business days

 

1. From your computer, login into the Manage Account Website.

2. Click on 'Invoices'.

3. Click the pencil icon to edit the payment.

4. Click "X" to delete and refund the payment.

5. Click 'OK'.
