1. From your computer, log into the Web Dashboard.
2. Click on settings.
3. Click on Document Settings.
4. Scroll down to 'Document Email Settings'. Change the 'Reply-to email address' here. We put your e-mail address in the "reply-to" field of the email. If your customer's email client does not respect the "reply-to" field, it will substitute this with "no-reply."
5. Click Save.
6. Click Refresh on the mobile device.
