How to Take Deposit/Partial Cash Payment on the Manage Account Website

 In InvoiceASAP a deposit is the same as a partial payment.

 

1. From your computer, log into the InvoiceASAP Manage Account Website.

 

 

2. Click on Invoices.

 

 

3. Click the '$' sign to open the payment screen.

 

 

4. Click the 'Cash' button.

 

 

5. You will see the invoice total here.

 

 

6. Type in the partial payment amount and save.

 

 

7. You and your customer will see the balance due.
