Yes, with a paid account, you can upload your products/services from a comma-separated values (.csv) file.
The upload feature only works on your computer.
- The filename should be one word, without any spaces in it:
- WRONG: My Product List.csv
- RIGHT: My-Product-List.csv
1. Log in to the InvoiceASAP Manage Account Website by going to http://invoiceasap.com > Log In
2. Click on Products.
3. Click here to 'Export' the 'Upload format' as a Excel spreadsheet. File out the exported spreadsheet with your item data.
Here is the order in which products should be listed:
A. Item Name
B. Item Price
C. Item Type
E. Item Code
F. Your Cost
H. Item Description
4. Click 'Upload Products and Services'.
4. Click Browse to upload your file. Attach your Product list.
5. Click Upload.
