Web Dashboard: How to Track Sent Documents

1.  Click on Invoices on the left navigation

2.  Here you can see your sent email status.  The status will read Sent, Viewed, Opened or Paid.  Click on the status to see the details.

Sent means that the document was sent.

Opened means the e-mail was opened.

Viewed means that the link in the e-mail was clicked on to view the invoice in the web browser.

Paid means that the invoice has been paid.

 

3.  By default, the status is displayed by Category.  Tap View by Date to see the statuses by date.

4.  This shows the status of the invoice or estimate sequentially, from when it was sent to paid.
